Personal data processing policy

1. Who processes the data

Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2. What we collect

Through the brief form: your name, a contact (Telegram or email) and the text of your request. You fill these in yourself.

Automatically: IP address, browser information (User-Agent), date and time of the request. These protect the form from automated submissions and abuse.

Technical cookies: the chosen interface language and a service session identifier used to rate-limit the form assistant. The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies.

If web analytics is enabled, it collects anonymised visit statistics and loads only after you accept the cookie banner.

3. Why we collect it

The only purpose is to answer your request: discuss the task, ask clarifying questions and send an estimate. We do not use the data for mailings or advertising.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. Consent is voluntary — without it we simply cannot contact you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Data is stored on the operator's server. A notification about a new request may be duplicated to the operator's messenger and email — that is, it stays within the operator's own infrastructure and its communication providers.

5. How long we keep it

Requests are kept as long as needed to handle them, but no longer than three years from the date of the request, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see section 6.

6. Your rights

You may: find out what data of yours we process; require it to be corrected, blocked or deleted; withdraw your consent to processing.

To do so, write to hello@pandasale.dev. Withdrawal of consent means we stop processing and delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. How we protect the data

The site runs over HTTPS. Requests are accessible only to the operator and protected by a password. Keys and passwords are stored encrypted and never reach the visitor's browser.

8. Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, we publish the new revision on this page and update the date and version number at the top.
